We don't believe in across-the-board sizing. Each garment has a different silhouette and needs a unique chart. We strongly recommend reviewing the item measurements before placing your order.

Bust, hip, and waist measurements represent garment circumference rather than flat and seam-to-seam. This allows for "give" on the edges and a relaxed fit.

Our garments are handmade, and let's be real — we're a small business, not a manufacturing company, so there may be some slight variation.

Do you not carry plus sizes?

We are currently exploring plus sizing. Most of our items range XS–XXL. We need more feedback from real customers to refine our sizing. If you're interested in a product that is not available in your size, reach out to us at sales@heartsdesireclothing.com. If possible, please include your measurements.

A limited edition fabric. This is a heavier linen that will become more vintage looking with every wash and it will last for years. Shown over our Elizabeth Dress in Bougainvillea, and the Victorian Slip tea stained. This style is very oversized as it is meant to drape over an undergarment.

The blue floral linen in this pinafore is gorgeous! I am in love with it. It’s a little heavier linen, but that was stated in the description and it’s fine with me. I usually order a medium, but in this I ordered a small and I’m very happy with the fit. There is room to layer. Thank you Heart’s Desire!

I have 3 of these in different colors they are perfect in every way. The sizing is great. I had so many questions and they got back with me right away. It was just two weeks and I had my order. I wasted so much money on some knock of sites that take this sites pictures and then send you crap. I found the real thing here please trust these ladies the product is fantastic.
