Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • Customizations that change the original pattern, including sleeves, hems, and/or other details are not returnable
  • Customizations limited to color are returnable

Items marked final sale are not returnable but may be exchanged. View full policy here.

 

How do I begin my Return or Exchange?

  • Please send an email to sales@heartsdesireclothing.com. In the message, be sure to include your order number and a description of the items you'd like to exchange/return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Returns and cancellations are subject to a 6% fee. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once received, we will inspected and determine whether we can offer a full refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 6% fee.
  • If you are a non-EU customer, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. 
  • If you are an EU customer, we honor the 14 Day Cooling-Off Period.
