Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
- Customizations that change the original pattern, including sleeves, hems, and/or other details are not returnable
- Customizations limited to color are returnable
Items marked final sale are not returnable but may be exchanged. View full policy here.
How do I begin my Return or Exchange?
- Please send an email to sales@heartsdesireclothing.com. In the message, be sure to include your order number and a description of the items you'd like to exchange/return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- Returns and cancellations are subject to a 6% fee.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once received, we will inspected and determine whether we can offer a full refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Cancellations
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 6% fee.
- If you are a non-EU customer, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.
- If you are an EU customer, we honor the 14 Day Cooling-Off Period.
